All new products Offer the maximum extended manufacturer coverage and or exchanges and refunds that we can extend, and also for any defect on arrival.
Our used or surplus inventory items may have exchange terms specified, or noted "Clearance, "AS IS" or "Exchanges Only."
Refund time will typically require a standard 3 day notice upon arrival.
New Merchandise is SATISFACTION GUARANTEED, please note 3 days upon receipt to notify us of any issues or concern, refund or exchanges needed.
Returns, exchanges or refunds will merely require you notify us as to the nature of the concern or defect within 3 days of order arrivals, or of any delay in expected arrival so that we may track your purchase. Most items ship insured and with tracking provided. .
Upon notification we shall promptly asses the situation and agree with you on an exchange or refund as per individual situation, item nature and request, an RMA # will then be issued prior to return to assist follow up.
